By accessing or using the EstimateMyJunk platform ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. THE MARKETPLACE PLATFORM

EstimateMyJunk ("EMJ") provides a digital marketplace that connects individuals or businesses seeking junk removal services ("Customers") with third-party independent service providers ("Haulers").

EMJ DOES NOT PROVIDE JUNK REMOVAL SERVICES. EMJ is not an employer of Haulers and is not responsible for the actual performance of the services.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. PAYMENTS & FEES

Customers agree to pay the price quoted on the platform for services rendered. Haulers agree to the platform fees as disclosed in their specific agreements. All financial transactions are processed through third-party secure payment processors.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstimateMyJunk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the conduct of any Customers or Haulers.

6. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
